As Executive Vice President of the Direct-to-Brand division at Sago, Stephan Rist is at the helm of strategizing and implementing go-to-market initiatives, leading a team dedicated to achieving significant and measurable revenue growth year over year.

With a robust background spanning over two decades in sales within the research domain, Stephan brings deep-seated expertise in establishing and expanding high-performance enterprise sales frameworks. He is passionate about leveraging a comprehensive suite of tools, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence, to equip Sago’s clients with intelligent, actionable data and insights that can create concrete business outcomes.

Before his tenure at Sago, Stephan served as the Executive Vice President for Kantar North America, where he spearheaded the sales and client success departments across all syndicated and custom consulting verticals. Throughout his career, he has assumed a variety of pivotal roles in global sales, operations, enablement, and client success at notable firms such as Corporate Executive Board, The Yankee Group, and Gartner.

Stephan is an alumnus of Temple University, where he acquired his BS in Business Administration. He is settled in the Philadelphia suburbs, where he enjoys spending quality time with his family, including three children, indulging in his passions for automobiles, cycling, and exploring new destinations.
