Maleica Grant supports our consumer, healthcare, and business-to-business accounts by understanding research needs, exploring ideas, and providing solutions, and creating trusted relationships. Before transitioning fully to our Client Solutions Team, Maleica held a hybrid position of Director of our Philadelphia market, where she led both the client service team and facility operations. She brings vast project and field management experience to her role, with a deep understanding of feasibility and solutions and a close relationship with the operations team for project success, which has won her the loyalty of her clients.
Maleica joined Sago in 2016 from Focus Suites Philadelphia. She is versed in qualitative, quantitative, and hybrid research and coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver on her client project commitments. She prides herself on her ability to see each corner of the market research industry and use that to excel in her career and advance her team.
Maleica is a graduate of Temple University with a major in Marketing. She is a member of The Insights Association, where she volunteered on the Philadelphia Chapter, and of WIRe. Maleica lives in Philadelphia, PA. She was born in Grenada, in the West Indies, dubbed ‘The Spice Isle’. She moved to the US when she was seven years old and recalls seeing snow for the first time and wanting to return home! When she isn’t working or traveling, she enjoys spending time with her puppy, Asher, and pretending to be a fashion influencer.
