Katharine successfully led multiple sales organizations, including the largest sales region in North America to deliver double-digit growth and expand the sales process at scale. Katharine’s expertise includes not only leading sales regions across multiple business units, but also developing sales executives at all levels, making her the ideal candidate to lead and transform the revenue function at Sago.

In her career, she has demonstrated not only her ability to lead high-growth teams and integrate acquisitions seamlessly, but also doubled the size of her salesforce within a three-year period, owing to her unique blend of strong sales processes and focus on coaching. Katharine’s strategic thinking and capacity to nurture sales talent will be vital for driving Sago’s revenue growth and making a transformative impact.

Katharine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Williams College and is based in Stamford, Connecticut, where she resides with her husband and two sons. When she’s not leading sales teams, she spends her leisure time cheering for her boys during their sports activities, taking her dogs for a walk, and jumping at any opportunity for an outdoor adventure.
