Having held top positions such as Lead Account Executive at Greenfield Online, Director of Quotations & Partnerships at Vision Critical (now Alida), and SVP, Quotations & Sampling at Maru/Blue, Bouavanh brings a wealth of knowledge to the Sago team, specializing in sample and sampling methodologies; vendor management and procurement; and B2C, B2B, HCP, and client service management. As part of her current role at Sago, Bouavanh collaborates closely with the sales team to oversee all operations functions, including bidding, project management, programming, and delivery for all North American operations, ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
