Chief Marketing Officer

Julia Eisenberg is Chief Marketing Officer at Sago where she leads brand and go‑to‑market initiatives that support growth. Her work centers on understanding what clients value and ensuring marketing plays a clear, measurable role in the company’s success.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the research and technology space, Julia brings a rare blend of client‑side perspective and operator mindset. She began her career at Gap Inc. and Crocs before moving into high‑growth, tech‑enabled organizations including QualVu, iModerate, and 20|20 Research. Across these roles, Julia built brands with intention by modernizing go‑to‑market approaches and aligning teams around quality deliverables and deep client relationships. She played a pivotal role in creating Aspen Finn, a strategy brand grounded in credibility, creativity and customer obsession – principles that continue to inform the Sago brand today.

Julia is a vocal advocate for mental health literacy and inclusion in corporate environments and served as a mentor with the Insights Association’s IDEAtor apprenticeship program, an experience focused on expanding access, representation, and fresh thinking across the market research industry.

Julia graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with degrees in European History and English. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, you’ll find Julia reading, painting, and planning travel adventures with her family.
