As Chief of Staff , Julia Eisenberg leads a brilliant group of strategic thinkers. Under Julia’s guidance, the practice is laser-focused on delivering insights that help brands grow.
Julia has been leading and learning in the research industry for nearly 20 years—first on the client side for Gap, Inc., and Crocs, and most recently for technology-driven research innovators like QualVu, iModerate, and 20|20 Research. Evolving 20|20’s full-service research team into Aspen Finn Strategy + Insight was a professional highlight, and the brand continues to evolve. Aspen Finn, now Sago Strategy + Insight, was built with intention to deliver expertise without ego, balancing creativity, customer focus, inclusion, and business acumen for Fortune 1000 clients around the globe.
Julia is a regular speaker at industry events, a champion for mental health literacy in corporate environments, and an active mentor with the Insights Association’s IDEAtor apprenticeship—a program whose mission is to bring diverse talent into the industry and generate fresh perspective on inclusive insights.
Julia graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University with degrees in European History and English. She resides in Denver, CO, with her husband and two children. Outside of Sago, you’ll find Julia reading, writing, and planning trips with her family.
