Let’s head to Toulouse, France, to meet Camille Foutz for this edition of our Around the Globe series. Camille joined Sago as Vice President of Client Solutions in April 2022. She brings her profound market research experience, curious mindset, and unique passion for digital tools to the table. Read on to see what she says about her experience so far.

Q: What values most resonate for you regarding the Sago culture?

Camille Foutz: Values are the foundation of who you are as a person or a company. Sago values have the same importance for me, and I sincerely think it is all about being aligned with who you are and the company you work for. What I have experienced at Sago so far is care, dedication, and kindness – the best way to create a unique company culture and the greatest workplace!

Q: What do you consider to be your purpose at Sago?

Camille Foutz: As a business developer, my purpose is, of course, to create additional revenue by prospecting for new clients or new sources. But I like to think my experience in market research and entrepreneurship, along with a start-up mindset all influence my “out-of-the-box thinking.” I am very passionate about digital tools! An example of a new idea I shared with my team: growth hacking!

Q: What’s one item you can’t live without and why?

Camille Foutz: I am very addicted to my cell phone and cannot live without it. It is my preferred communication tool as I need to be constantly fed with information on best practices, tech news, etc. I always check my emails to ensure I never miss a client’s request. My preferred sources of information are the Harvard Business Review and the LinkedIn Courses!
