Q: What is it like to work with colleagues around the globe?
Working in an international environment has been amazing. It helped me develop my cultural sensitivity and made me comfortable with interacting with all types of people. I’m more understanding of different views, both professionally and outside of work.
Q: What values most resonate for you regarding the Sago culture?
Be curious, be passionate, and be a leader are the three values which are most important to me at Sago.
Without curiosity, I wouldn’t be where I am today, and I would not have learned as much about research as I have.
Without passion, I wouldn’t have the energy and power to work efficiently throughout the day.
As a leader, I hope that I can share a little bit of my positivity and inspiration with my team whilst helping them developed their own strengths.
Q: What do you consider to be your purpose at Sago?
Value – making others feeling valued and heard.
Boldness – helping others be themselves and follow their own path (which might not be the expected one).
