We travel to Ontario, Canada, to speak with Angela Lau in this installment of our Around the Globe series. Angela joined Schlesinger Group in April 2022 following the integration of AskingCanadians and Methodify and has served as Senior Vice President of Market Operations since. In the following Q&A, Angela shares her experience thus far.
Q. What is it like to work with colleagues around the globe?
Angela Lau: I really enjoy working with my colleagues around the globe. Not only do I get to work with incredible people, but it also allows us as a collective group to embrace our differences in cultures and traditions while seeking out our commonalities.
Q. What values most resonate for you regarding the Schlesinger Group culture?
Angela Lau: There are two culture codes that I most resonate with: Be Authentic and Be Curious. I’m grateful to work at Schlesinger Group, where diversity is embraced and differences are respected. Also, while some people think curiosity killed the cat, I believe it’s the satisfaction that brought it back to life.
