Bonnie Crane

As Sago’s EVP of Human Resources, Bonnie leads a global team focused on HR partnerships, learning, and compliance, constantly pushing our people programs to create the best employee experience for Sago’s most valuable asset. With two decades of HR expertise, including 11 years in the market research industry, Bonnie brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is passionate about the creation of employee experience and benefits programs that drive engagement, development, and retention aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Bonnie earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Indiana University and M.Ed. In Human Resources Development from Vanderbilt University. She also holds her SHRM-SCP certification and is an active member of the MT|SHRM mentorship committee. Residing in the Nashville area with her husband and two sons, Bonnie can be found hiking and kayaking Tennessee’s beautiful landscape during her free time.
