This month voters expressed their growing frustration towards President Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Rich Thau, President, Engagious, moderated the groups and said, \u201c<em>Half of our Trump-to-Biden voters didn\u2019t even know an infrastructure bill had passed, and among those who did, most were underwhelmed.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong><a class=\"button\"
