[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Sago announces its sponsorship of the second annual Race Around the World for Education, hosted by the Marketing Research Education Foundation (MREF), in May.<\/p>\n

This year, the industry-wide, virtual race around the world provides food and education to Ukraine\u2019s refugee children. Funds raised will aid children displaced from Ukraine\u2019s orphanages, with an additional focus on those children who have special needs. Baal Dan Charities<\/a>\u00a0will collaborate to identify the right partners to address the complex issues facing Ukrainian refugee children.<\/p>\n

Participants, including a team of Sago employees and community members, will log the miles they walk, bike, and run to raise $100,000 in 31 days. This year, MREF will sponsor the first 5,000 miles, worth $20,000.<\/p>\n

Sago is a proud Victor sponsor of MREF<\/a> and this event. The company has set a goal of 17,000 miles, minimum, and invites the community to join its corporate team. There is no charge to participate.<\/p>\n

Last year, the event raised more than $90,000. Sago logged 12,667 miles to earn first place.<\/p>\n
