Greg Kline is Vice President of Global Insights for Labcorp, based in Princeton, NJ. He has held this role for the past 15 years and has more than 25 years of experience in the market research and global insights industry. He is responsible for Labcorp’s global customer satisfaction/NPS program, all voice of customer market research across both drug development, consumer, and diagnostics, and plays a key role in the organization’s strategy development. Before Labcorp, Greg worked for many years on the market research supplier side supporting organizations like the BlueCross BlueShield Association, IBM, and many others. Greg is well known in the drug development space for developing an industry-first voice of patient tool using patient insights to support the design of clinical trial protocols. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland. ​
