Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 11 (Woodbridge-Garden Parkway). After the toll plaza, follow signs to Garden State Parkway North. Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 131A, Wood Avenue South. Continue through two traffic lights and make a right into Metro 101 parking lot, just past the APA Hotel.

Take Route 1 North to Edison, approximately 22 miles to the Garden State Parkway. Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 131A, Wood Avenue South. Continue through two traffic lights and make a right into Metro 101 parking lot, just past the APA Hotel.

Going North or South, take the exit for Route 1 North. Follow directions above from Princeton.
FROM GARDEN STATE PARKWAY
Take the Garden State Parkway to exit 131A, Wood Avenue South. Continue through 2 traffic lights and turn right into Metro 101 parking lot, just past the APA Hotel.
FROM ROUTE 27
From Metuchen take Route 27 North, approximately 2 miles. Turn right on Wood Avenue South. At the second traffic light, turn left into Metro Office Complex. Metro 101 building will be on your right.
From Rahway take Route 27 South, approximately 2 miles. Make a left turn on Wood Avenue South. At the second traffic light, turn left into Metro Office Complex. Metro 101 building will be on your right.
FROM AMTRAK TRAIN / NJ TRANSIT TRAIN – METROPARK STATION
Our office is within walking distance to the station; less than 3 blocks. Exit Metropark station and make a right onto Middlesex Turnpike. At the first traffic light, make a left on Wood Avenue South. 101 Wood Avenue South is 2 blocks up, on the left (Metro Corporate Campus / Metro 101 signs at entrance).
PARKING
Free parking is in the front of the building or in the building’s parking garage located next to the front door of the building. The sign reads 101 Metro Parking Garage.
