Comprehension and Context
Far too many on the Left in this country have a comprehension and contextual reading deficit. They take the words of blogs that have quoted or have taken someone’s words out of context. Just this week’s post by Sanjay Sanghoee at the HuffPo. Merchants of Bigotry is a screed against conservative El Rushbo, Glenn Beck and Ted Nugent. I am sure he has never listened to any of these men for more that a few minutes, or only read them in the posts of the Daily Kos or Democrat Underground. Dana has had death threats, rape threats and various other kinds of violent threats against her. It has begun
While the Tea Party and Conservatives in general doing very well in 2010, it has seemed that some of the enthusiasm waned. Especially in the GOP primary this year. The Conservatives were divided and basically going after each other and it seems that they lost momentum. But is the Conservative Movement and tea Party done? There are many races other than the Presidential elections gong on this year. And if Richard Mourdock’s win over Lugar is a glimpse at what is to come, I think the Movement is alive and well.
