Marco Rubio Warned Of ISIS Terrorist Attack In Turkey Just Days Before Their Attack

What a shame that Republican primary voters walked away from, I believe, the greatest communicator of conservative principles since Ronald Reagan.  That candidate, Senator Marco Rubio.  And in this election period where security will be one of the top issues that will determine the winner of the presidential election, what a shame that the Republican primary voters also walked away from one of the most knowledgeable and intelligent national security/foreign policy experts ever to vie for the Republican nomination.  That candidate, also Senator Marco Rubio.

Why I believe Senator Rubio is such a great communicator of conservative ideals and national security strength can be found in some of the videos I have put in a previous Tales post:  “The Tales For Marco Rubio President-2016.”

Senator Marco Rubio – The great communicator 2

Also, as an example of Senator Rubio’s great knowledge of foreign policy and national security policy happened this last week under the radar, as I have not heard this talked about much.

Check this out from Tim Perry of CBS news web site:  “During a sit-down interview for Face the Nation filmed last Saturday [June 25, 2016], former Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, predicted a potential terrorist attack in Turkey while discussing the importance of a strong and unified N.A.T.O. Face the Nation host John Dickerson asked the Florida senator if Russia was the biggest threat facing the European members of N.A.T.O, but Rubio responded saying that it was radical Islam.”

Rubio singled out Turkey saying, “One of our N.A.T.O. allies right now that faces the greatest threat of I.S.I.S. is Turkey.” Rubio stated and foreshadowed yesterday’s events saying, “I would not be surprised over the next few weeks to see major I.S.I.S. operations within Turkey itself.”

Wow!  So, only three days after Senator Marco Rubio warned that he was worried about an ISIS terrorist attack in Turkey, ISIS attacked the Istanbul, Turkey Airport killing more than 40 people and injuring another couple hundred more.

Of all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest of these, it might have been.
