Charles Krauthammer says when it comes to the Continuing Resolution to keep the government open, that will come up at the end of March, it will be the Republicans who hold the strongest hand. Wow, how long has it been since you heard that good news. Because of the sequestration which will establish a new budget baseline, Dr. Krauthammer opines that the Republicans will be fine with extending the government operating funds at the lower levels. They will pass a C-R with the sequestration cuts in place and then it will be the Democrats who will oppose that. That means president Obama can’t accuse the Republicans of wanting to shut down the government, but he would have to [but won't] blame his own Democrats of wanting to shut down the government. What a turnaround if that can occur. How will the liberal main stream media portray that? That just might be fun to watch.
That’s why Tales is starting to see a very slight light at the end of this Obama tunnel of disaster. Tales may be grasping at straws, but with the encouraging words by the great Dr. Krauthammer, I am keeping hope alive.
